Then a nice flat run along the canal to fort William (the only flat stretch so far).
The last part of the Glen
Way through fort William never seemed to end. Not much fun when your left foots falling to bits and the only thing holding together is compeed and tape!

Needless to say thing did move to quick after that.
A feet up time before getting stuck in to the west highland way.
